PRESCRIPTION POLICY

Items such as masks and machines require a prescription and cannot be shipped until you have provided ApneaBox.com with this document. Certain items such as cushions, pillows, headgear, filters, and tubing do not require prescriptions.

If your order includes an item that requires a prescription, we will hold your entire order until we have your prescription on file. Prescriptions need to written by an MD, DO, C-NP (nurse practitioner), or PA (physician assistant) who is currently licensed to practice medicine in the United States.

Note: Mask parts purchased separately do not require a prescription.
